About FlexziOne

Software for hiring and HR, developed in-house

FlexziOne is a software company based in Chennai. We design and develop software for the people side of a business: a job portal, an applicant tracking system (ATS) and a human resource management system (HRMS).

Flexzi Jobs is our job portal, with the ATS built in, for employers who hire and candidates who apply. FlexziWorkforce is our HRMS, covering onboarding, attendance, leave, payroll and statutory compliance.

Both products are developed in-house and share a single employee record, so the work of hiring flows directly into onboarding, attendance and payroll.

Flexzi Jobs brings employers and candidates together on one platform. Employers publish roles and manage every application through a structured hiring pipeline. Candidates search for jobs and apply with a single profile, on the web or in the Flexzi One app.

Human resource management system

An HRMS that manages an employee from the first day to the last.

FlexziWorkforce keeps every HR process on one employee record. HR teams onboard new joiners, track attendance and leave, run payroll and stay compliant, while employees use the same platform to check in, apply for leave and view their payslips.

Employees check in from the Flexzi One app with one tap. The app checks they are inside the office geofence and confirms it with a selfie, so every check-in is verified at the source.

Yes. FlexziWorkforce runs payroll with the statutory deductions (PF, ESI, professional tax and TDS), and employees get password-protected PDF payslips in the app.

In India. Each company runs in its own isolated tenant, data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and the platform is built to support India's DPDP Act 2023.
