- Storage: With your permission, you can upload files such as your Resume, Profile Picture, or verification documents.
- Location: With your permission, we assist in finding Jobs/Candidates near your location.
- Contacts: With your permission, you can invite friends through SMS and WhatsApp.
- Camera: With your permission, you can capture pictures or videos.
- Microphone: With your permission, you can record audio.
- Telephone: With your permission, we read the Phone Status and identity.
1b. Website Access
The website at flexzijobs.com needs no device permissions. It uses cookies and similar browser storage only to keep you signed in, maintain your session, and keep the site secure — not for advertising or cross-site tracking.
Where you choose to upload a resume, profile picture, or verification document through the website, that file is handled exactly as the same upload made from the app.
2. Other Information Collected during App and Website Usage
2a. When you connect from the mobile app, non-personal data such as Android model, version, browser, mobile resolution, IMEI, Language, network/wifi connectivity, and mobile carriers may be collected for improved services.
2b. When you connect from the website, we may collect your browser type and version, operating system, screen resolution, IP address, and the pages you visit, for the same purpose.
2c. When creating a profile, we request personal data like phone number, email ID, date of birth, etc., for unique identification. This is the same profile whether you create it in the app or on the website.

- Firebase SDK: Used for app development and distribution, phone-number OTP sign-in on both the app and the website, push notifications, performance tracking, and analytics.
- Sendbird: Facilitates efficient communication between candidates and employers, in the app and on the website.
- Agora Video SDK: Provides a video interview platform.
